mars cigars & pipes was started by long time cigar and pipe lover, Mike Rutt, to fill a need to provide quality cigars, pipes and tobaccos at affordable prices to fellow cigar and pipe smokers. We hope that we can be of service to you.

Return Policy: We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly fix it. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with approval. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping Policy: All orders will be processed within one to three business days. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. We normally do not insure packges. If you wish your package insured, please contact us. Shipping is a flat fee of $6.95.

We do NOT ship outside of the USA (Except APO and FPO).
