Return Policy: We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly fix it. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with approval. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping Policy: All orders will be processed within one to three business days. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. We normally do not insure packges. If you wish your package insured, please contact us. Shipping is a flat fee of $6.95.

We do NOT ship outside of the USA (Except APO and FPO).

When will my credit card be charged? Our policy is to charge your credit card only for product shipped at the time of shipment. No charge will be processed on your credit card account unless shipment is made.
