Patriot Act
KD (Texas) 2/16/2012 4:50 AM
It's no act, these Patriots smoke great. I ordered the straight. The unique burnished bowl gives this Missouri Meerschaum a "return with me to the thrilling days of yesteryear" appearance. Nice in the hand and light to boot. The bowl is pretty narrow and does get hot. I like this pipe. Made from cobs grown right in Washington, Missouri, so you know it's good for you!

Great knockaround pipe
smokey strodtman (gilliam, MO) 10/12/2009 9:48 AM
Some pipesmokers turn their noses up at corn cob pipes but the truth is they can provide a first class smoke. They seem to have a special affinity for burley blends, my own favorite type of tobacco. Cobs have always been my choice for a fishing pipe because if it happens to get lost I'm not out a lot of money. I like the general pipe because it has a generous capacity. Cobs can last a long time if properly cared for. I have some that I've had for many years. I'll always have some cobs in my collection and the general is my favorite. 5 stars.
