Estate- Round 6 pipe rack with Tin

This round estate pipe rack with tin is different than others.

The actual pipe rack portion is a semi-circle. Hold 6 pipes.
Measurements: Height- 5", Diameter 9"

Instead of the traditional tobacco jar, it has a metal (brass?) tin. The outside is covered with leather or faux leather. Fairly sure it is faux.
The inside is covered with a wood pattern.
The lid is metal- brass?
Measurements: Height 5", Diameter- 5"
